Highlights:
- 聯Brands think a聽lot differently than stores think. I鈥檓 really interested in聽brand building, and聽I聽think that paid advertising has a聽huge part to聽do聽with that. I聽think that it聽will never go聽away. But what I鈥檓 really interested in聽is聽actually owning our customers. That鈥檚 why we聽started to聽think of聽different strategies for聽launches.聰
- 聯So we聽talk about the聽five different levels of聽traffic. There are cold audiences, they don鈥檛 know anything about you. There are engagement audiences, they鈥檝e engaged with you, they鈥檝e watched a聽video. Then there are level three audiences. Those are the聽people who have actually gone to聽a聽product page. Then there are four and聽those are 聭Add to聽cart.聮 And there are five, and聽those are your purchasers. And that鈥檚 all that people think about, those five levels.
Well, I聽think that鈥檚 a聽horrible way to聽think about your traffic because all you鈥檙e thinking about your traffic is聽literally just money that can come in. And that鈥檚 it. It鈥檚 just that one purchase that they鈥檙e making. It聽goes way beyond that. There鈥檚 level six, seven, eight. When we聽get to聽level eight, what we鈥檙e talking about, these are people who are actually advocating for聽your brand.聰 - 聯The great thing about having a聽VIP group on聽Facebook is聽that people are able to聽talk back and聽forth. Some brands are really scared about having a聽group like this because they鈥檙e scared about customer service issues that are going to聽come up. The great thing that we聽found with this VIP group is聽that we聽don鈥檛 have to聽do聽any聽customer service there. Our hardcore fans advocate for聽us.聰
