- 聯We started going to聽smaller communities that were economically not in聽great shape. And we聽opened historic buildings. We聽picked buildings that were falling down the聽most, one of聽the聽buildings we鈥檙e in聽is聽from 1906. We聽rehabbed them completely with hardwood floors, temperature control, we聽hired developing teams. We聽brought our own production system. We鈥檙e not looking to聽drive the聽price out of聽it. We鈥檙e looking to聽innovate at聽a聽high, high level. That鈥檚 the聽way we聽look at聽it. We聽really like restoring these communities. It鈥檚 amazing to聽watch a聽community flourish.聰
